"I was very interested in trying the RealReds to see if it really is as easy as it says to take. What a great way to get in some extra fruits. I have been using it in my shake, which I fix using 8 oz non-fat milk, 1 scoop of RealDose RealMeal powder, 6 oz of greek yogurt, some extra strawberries, and ground flax seed, then mix it in the blender. "WOW", how rich and creamy it tastes - I love it! I use it for at least of 1 of my meals. I find that my energy level has increased and I have been sleeping much better. I probably use the RealReds the most at breakfast time in a shake - look forward to it. RealReds is a keeper!"
