What is the RealRewards loyalty program?

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts on purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.

Who can join?

Anyone can join! The easiest way to join the Rewards program is to place an AutoRefill order and you'll be automatically enrolled the Rewards program at the same time. You also earn 2x points if you are an AutoRefill member. However, you do NOT have to sign up for AutoRefill to earn points, all you need to do is "Create an Account"!

There are 2 ways to join:

1. AutoRefill members - an account is automatically created and emailed to you when you place your first autorefill order. Log in to your Account here. inside your account you will be able to manage your future orders and redeem point - start earning 2x points now!

2. Non AutoRefill members - just "Create an Account" to start earning Rewards points!

Do I have to join AutoRefill to earn Reward Points?

NO. You do NOT have to be on AutoRefill to join the Rewards program - RealRewards are for everyone! Keep in mind, AutoRefill VIP Members get special perks and earn 2x Rewards points. However, if you do not choose AutoRefill all you need to do is create a Rewards account to start earning points! Go here to "Create an Account".

How do I earn Reward Points?

Every time you shop with us, you can earn points which can be exchanged for future Rewards (like the free product!). Spending isn't the only way you'll be rewarded for your support. You can also earn extra points in simple ways such as liking our page on Facebook or following us on Instagram. You'll also get points for creating an account or referring a friend!

How do I view or redeem my Reward Points?

You can view, manage and redeem Rewards by logging in to your Account. Once you are inside your account select the tab labeled "Manage Rewards" on the left. Here you’ll see all the information about your points, how many you have, how you can earn more, and how to redeem them.

Steps to Access & Redeem Points:


  • Once you are logged into your Account, select the tab labeled "Manage Rewards" on the left.
  • Here you’ll see all the information about your points, how many you have, how you can earn more, and how to redeem them.
  • Select the Reward you'd like to redeem - click the green "Get Reward" button, you will then be issued a “Voucher Code”.
  • “Voucher Codes” are viewable at the bottom of your "Get Rewards" screen, just scroll down.
  • If you've selected a free product, make sure to add ONLY that product to your shopping cart.
  • Paste or type your “Voucher Code” into the coupon area in the shopping cart.
  • FYI - “Voucher Codes” are product specific, so if you select a “Voucher Code” for free Omega-3 it will only work if Omega-3 is the ONLY item in the cart.
  • If you want to redeem points for multiple products you will need to redeem them all separately.

AutoRefill Members:


  • If you are an AutoRefill VIP member, please note that the only Rewards that will apply directly to an upcoming AutoRefill order are 10% or $10 Off. These are the only Rewards that apply specifically to Auto-Refill.
  • To do this, copy your "Voucher Code", then select the "Manage AutoRefill" tab.

  • Otherwise, if you've selected a FREE product, make sure to add ONLY that product to the shopping cart.

Can I use my Rewards Points during checkout?

Yes, but first you should log in to your Account, select "Manage Rewards" then redeem your points for a “Voucher Code”. Next, you will enter the “Voucher Code” into the coupon area during your checkout.

How do I apply a voucher code to my AutoRefill subscription?

  • If you are an AutoRefill VIP member, please note that you can claim the Reward for 10% or $10 Off to apply to your next AutoRefill order. These are the only Rewards that apply specifically to Auto-Refill.
  • To do this, copy your "Voucher Code", then select the "Manage AutoRefill" tab.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed on Rewards immediately.
  • Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals. Most points are approved after 25 days.
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

Why did my account balance go down?

You, or someone you referred, cancelled, or returned a purchase.

I completed an activity but didn't earn Rewards points!

Sometimes it can take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Try refreshing your screen or sign out and log in again. If the issue continues, please contact us at support@realdose.com.

How do I leave the Rewards program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at support@realdose.com, and ask to be un-enrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join the Rewards again?

Just contact us at support@realdose.com, and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
